Raising a child comes with its joys and hardships

My baby sister is turning one year old this year and I am very exited. This is because when my mother had her, and could not survive after the delivery because of her age, I was the next of kin who could take care of her. It was really hard at first,and social services was always on speed dial because at times she would cry or get a fever and I would not know what to do. One thing about my baby sister is that she used to respond very well to music and that was the one thing that I used to make her calm. Now she is turning one year and we have bonded in lengths that I cannot even explain. For her first birthday, I am planning to throw a music themed birthday and I have been checking out for some music suitable for one year old kids and youtube loading slow 2010 august making the process really slow. Now that she is turning one and she is crawling all over the place and knocking stuff down as she tries to stand upright, this is a very exciting time.
