Have you ever been served by a customer care personnel and fallen so much in love with their services that you would recommend anybody to their company? This is the experience I had when I first visited ebay headquarters. The staff was so much disciplined and they served you with courtesy, I could not help but smile just to make sure that they have seen how much I have appreciated their service. I like to call them the ebay feedback stars because what they showed me was beyond what I had expected. As the state of the world keeps changing, peoplees mind also change because the way that man thinks today is far much different from before. In the past, the rule was that children were under the care of their parents until they get married. But the same does not seem to be the case today because the mind set is no longer the same. Children tend to think that they can take care of themselves with the meager cash that most of them earn from the petty jobs that they earn. It is amazing how some parents are not consulted even when a child wants to leave out of the country. The parent only realizes later that the child is not around when now faced with a problem in the said country. But whatever the situation, I know no parents who will sit back and watch their children be left in trouble when they can help. But to avoid such cases from occurring, Parental permission for passport should be consulted before any child under the age of eighteen can travel outside the country. If this will be implemented in various states, there is a possibility that such cases will not be reported. |

I have a neighbour who is around twenty years of age. She has a three year old daughter and she seems to hate her child. From what I have been hearing from our neighbours, this woman is maltreating the child. Her boyfriend has gotten her pregnant but he did not marry her. He ran away and never returned. For this reason, the woman sees the child as a curse. She is blaming the child for losing her boyfriend. Someone even told me that she planned to abandon her child, but her friends stopped her. Recently, I saw her with a guy, who looks as if he is her boyfriend. I wonder whoos looking after her daughter when shees dating. As far as I know, no one is living with her and her daughter. I am getting anxious about the safety of the child. In fact, she already looks malnourished. IId like to learn about the parental law uk and see what I can do for the child. Or maybe, I will inform the authority about her case. The child has to be taken away from her mother. |

Children are happy when whole family is complete with both mother and father.When all are involved ,happiness is experienced at home.Children do participate in marriages because they strength it and they are reason why many couples stay together even if they don’t want to be together.Children make parents to realize they have a big responsibility before them.The right of father is to commit himself to his family that is mother and children. He has a responsibility for them and should care much about them.He is supposed to sacrifice time to be with his family and he will prove he cares about them a lot. He is head of a family so he gives them all protection and to ensure no harm will cause or face its people.He should participate in decision making at home and for children as well.He should always be their for his family any time and if they have problems they can solve them together.Fathers are people who should be role models and examples to their children so they can follow there footsteps in a good and positive manner and not in a negative way. |

As a father, I have the greatest responsibility in providing for my family, mostly financially. Until recently, I have been sure that this is my only purpose in my children's life but now I know my rights especially in making the right decisions pertaining to my children. I also know that my children need me physically for emotional development. I have been leaving the responsibility of marking decisions to my wife and sometime I have not been happy with the decisions she has been making, but according to the law, both of us should agree in order to come up with what is best for our children. Its sad to note that so many fathers think that their only importance is money and most of their time is spent working, but physical presence in the children's life is the ultimate of all. For a long time a fathers rights were in existence, only to women because they are the only ones who are always with children, but today fathers need to note otherwise because they too are needed for proper growth and development of their children, not their money alone. Women can work too in order to offer financial support and ease the man's time so that he can too have sometime with their children. |

When you become a parent not only do you have a responsibility to be children but you also have rights. your parental rights to your children should never be challenged unless you are abusing or not taking care of your kids. I think no one including family, government or anyone else to question your parental rights. If you're a husband or wife and you decide to separate out thanks you should have equal rights to your children to raise him as a family. They did not ask to be in a broken home but your wife or your husband made the decision for them but they should have the right to also make a decision for themselves. I don't think anyone should take away the rights of a parent for no reason other than safety of the child. I have seen parents that really shouldn't have any rights at all to their kids because they do not care for them and allow them to go hungry and parents like that should never have any kids at all but it is the parents that are trying hard to raise your children that gets threatened. |

I often surf the ebay us site for bargains and for stuff i cant find over here. I have taken to trying other countries out to find what i need. I was recently on the french one but i could not find anyway to get ebay france in english so that i could understand it. I can see obviously why it isnt in english to begin with but i foolishly assumed it would be a simple case of clicking a button to translate it all but i am unable to see anything like that on the site anywhere. Even more annyoing is that i have found the item i want and it is not on any other ebay site that i have searched, i emailed the buyer but of course he has emailed me back in french so i have no idea what he is on about! i may end up getting in trouble for this because i dont want to pay till i have the details i need and i don't imagine he will be too happy with me. |
